As the Days Go By
Doesn’t feel like it’s been over a month since school started but it has. Plenty of homework, plenty of tests, plenty of FUN (haha). So today I just signed all the papers officially putting our house on the market with a realtor. Apparently if our house doesn’t sell for our minimum value before January 1st … we owe the realtor nothing, and “she hasn’t done her job.” From what I’ve been told this is not the best time of year to be selling a house … but she didn’t seem to think that it would make that big of a difference. The absolute, very least that my sister and I will come away from this with is $65k each, after taxes and everything. I can remember every time the conversation about money for college came up my mom would apologize to me for not being able to help me better. I guess in a major round about way she ended up taking care of everything for my sister and I even though she had done absolutely everything she could have before. Even when she’s not here she keeps on giving.
I’ve been pretty lonely here at school, which is weird because there are ten thousand other people around but I still don’t have it in me to be overly social. I haven’t felt like the same person since she died. I guess that’s normal … who knows. My birthday is next month … and my mom went ahead and got me a nice little present
. A new laptop and iPod
… THANKS MOM! So I’m not going crazy, I got a really good deal and I haven’t bought anything with the money that we’ve gotten so far … my iPod died like 3 months ago … and my laptop was on it’s last legs so you know.

Yeah so I took a creepy looking picture with my iSight
… there are plenty of others that just make me laugh … even without looking at them. I’m silly.
That’s it for now.
